We here at DBACER believe that our students are our most valuable asset and we understand that people need maintenance and upgrades even more than machines do. Retraining is maintenance. Training is an upgrade that leads to development.

The Training & Placement Department of DBACER with a team of dedicated and committed staff plays a pivotal role in counseling , guiding and training the students for their successful journey from Campus to Corporate. An 80 hour Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) is provided to all the students interested in getting campus placement in the summer vacation between 6th and 7th semester. Pre- Assessment and Post- Assessment test which includes aptitude/logical reasoning/communication skill and domain knowledge are conducted by reputed professional assessing agencies before and after the CRT. The modules of the CRT are regularly validated and updated by Senior HR professionals of Top MNCs. The domain specific training is imparted at the respective department level in coordination with T&P cell through workshops/guest lecture/project competition/paper presentation/industrial visits/industrial training etc

From 2016 onwards a revised Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) of 400 hours spread over from 1st to 7th Semester in association with our training partners ADCC Academy will be implemented for the first and second year students.
